Roasted Chile Bloody Maria Cocktail Mix, 16 oz.

Poblano, jalapeno, and tomato, each roasted over an open flame, dominate this Southwestern take on the classic brunch cocktail. A smoky, spicy, hearty wakeup drink.

Deeply charred chiles are expertly blended with onions, garlic, cucumber, and lime juice to round out this obsessively crafted mixer. While recommended with tequila, this is also fantastic with vodka, gin, or an ice cold cerveza as a michelada.

High Mesa Chile Co. (formerly Firebirds) is made by hand in small batches to achieve a freshness not found elsewhere. Southwest takes on classics that are ready to drink out of the bottle.
