Although the use of tomatillos normally produces a nice green color the hard char of peppers and aromatics will only boost the smoky flavor along with giving the sauce a dark deep orange, but will not disappoint. Serve on traditional chicken chilaquiles with eggs, use it for topping tostadas with bayo beans, mexican fish tacos, or fajita quesadillas.
